Kinzo Solutions offers a tailored Agile coaching approach and mentoring for organisations as well as private individuals. In addition to the Agile coaching and mentoring, we offer tailored Jira Training and Digital.ai Agility training to help organisations and individuals become Agile tooling expert.
Our Agile coaching services includes 8-weeks practical training workshop on how to become an effective Scrum Master or Product Owner. This practical workshop also involves being assigned to a project led by an experienced Agile Coach, and use of various Agile tooling to aid value delivery and collaboration. At the end of the 8-weeks practical workshop, candidates will have gained confidence and experience needed to scale through an interview and become an effective Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Our mentoring service involves being assigned to an Agile Coach for a Daily, Weekly and Monthly mentoring on CV preparation, mock interviews, career advice, confident building, and other questions on Agile. This mentoring service is subject to various pay as you go packages ranging from daily mentoring package (30mins per day), Weekly mentoring package (1hr per week) and Monthly mentoring package (3hrs per month).
